Nucleus Distortion in Front Figure. (front figure, top) The white dot offset from the center of the small black circle was an exaggerated offset to show that there might be an offset. If drawn to scale, the offset would not be apparent. Also if the size of the white dot (representing the nucleus) were drawn to scale, it would itself not be apparent. The small black circle containing the white dot represents the containing atom. (31 May 2002 - AEP)

Orffyrean Sprocket Wheel Geometry. (above center of front figure) Maybe I should have drawn the Orffyrean sprocket wheels slightly larger so that the circular edges corresponding to the smaller (or medium) rollers could (if overlaid) conceptually go nearly through the centers of the circles corresponding to the Orffyrean sprocket lobes and holes. That way, the "solid" Orffyrean lobes or empty holes (which holes are to be filled by other identical Orffyrean lobes at other times) (despite the lobes being attached) can be conceptually viewed as a new type of bearing. The new type (of small bearings) allows the transition to take place between the (medium and large) Orffyrean rollers. One must almost need to grasp the idea in toto, so if you don't understand, just keep working at it from different approaches until it makes sense. One could ask about the idea in reverse as follows. Given that new types of small bearing lobes and holes must take turns making transitions between two main (medium and large) "rollers" of different radii (at an extension of a particular distance on one side of the conceptual cylindrical roller boundary), ask what would be the shapes of lobes and holes on that side of the boundary that would allow a necessary transition "speed up" between the two materials so that there would be no sliding friction between the two "rollers" (for small rotation rolling pivots). The shapes arrived at would be the "proper" partial solution to the Orffyrean sprocket wheels. The rest of the solution would be the solution on the other side of the conceptual boundary. I am confident that I guessed the correct concavity (or convexity) directions for the Orffyrean sprocket lobes and holes as shown in the front figure. (14, 15 August 2002 - AEP) Another approach would be to think of the new type of small bearing lobes as actual ball bearings that are physically stuck onto their assigned rollers at strategic locations so that each is only used when its turn comes up so that they share the bearing of the burdens. The lobe holes could be thought of as portions of slightly larger radius concave hemispheres. (29 November 2002 - AEP)

Bessler Pendulum/Wheel Rotation Overview. (front figure, left side) To quickly get a rough understanding of how the pendulum rotates, look at the pendulum figure on the left side of the front figure. Of the three connected circles, imagine that the center point of the center (large) circle is held fixed and that portion of the figure rotates about that point in somewhat pendulum fashion. See my paper for finer motion details. I think that the center of rotation of the Bessler pendulum was that center of the large wheel, which was also the center of rotation of Bessler's covering wheel. Headings Similarity to Bessler Pendulum. (p. 1, first 4 major lines, 3 line title and copyright lines) Though unintentional, my three-part title and copyright lines bear a slight physical resemblance (with respect to line length) to the Bessler pendulum (in its static position) as depicted on the front figure. (11 January, 14 April 2002 - AEP)

Breaking Taboo Barrier of "Perpetual Motion" from Gravity. (p. 2, line 10 down) The whole subject of "perpetual motion" with respect to gravity has been perceived as being essentially "taboo" (culturally, socially, and scientifically). It is my hope that for valid scientific reasons this huge taboo barrier should be properly broken down with respect to the subject of sustained mechanical production of power from gravity. A modern day Bessler wheel may need to be built first but until then I hope people ask and try to answer questions about the subject. (19 April 2002 - AEP)

Many Lobes on Each Central Orffyrean Sprocket Wheel. (p. 2, line 12 up) The large central roller is composed of many Orffyrean sprocket wheels each with many lobes. (5 December 2001 - AEP)

Bessler's Scriptural References Might Contribute to Large Chiasm. The presence of the about 140 scriptural references in Apologia could possibly make Bessler's little book a chiasm of very many extended levels (when associated with things earlier in Apologia). This possibility will need to be investigated. This possibility might be more readily checked out if an English translation of Apologia were readily available. (19,21 August 2001 - AEP)

Continued. (p. 4, line 20 down) I previously mentioned (21 August 2001) that the possibility exists of Bessler's approximately 140 Biblical references of being chiastically associated with earlier portions of Apologia to create a chiasm of a very large number of extended levels. It would have been relatively easy for Bessler to arrange his selected scriptural references in inverse order to portions of what he wrote near the beginning and main body of Apologia (to so focus much attention chiastically on his little book parable). I have not been able to check out this possibility as those portions of Apologia are currently not available to me and may not be until Collins publishes an English translation of Apologia. (14 September, 4, 7 December 2001 - AEP) As suggested by Bessler's little book, decoding such a large chiasm might provide information about Bessler's deeds regarding his invention (7 December 2002 - AEP)

Similar Example in Ether of Huge Chiasm Contributed to by Inserting an Outside Inverted List. (p. 4, line 20 down) (p. 25, line 16 up) As of the date I published my Bessler wheel paper, 24 July 2001, I could only see one small chiasm (Ether 13:12) in the Book of Ether. I now think that the whole book may be a chiasm of very many extended levels centered about Jesus Christ (Ether 3:14) with many of the levels according to a long list of ancestors of Ether (in Ether 1:6-32). I have found other chiastic level indicators as we approach the center of this chiasm such as: friends, the brother of Jared, earth, land, Lord, the land of promise or the promised land, seashore or shore, water, tight like unto a dish, water, light, darkness, vessels, light, vessels, mount, stones, the finger of the Lord, flesh, believest or believed, and showed. There may be others that I have not seen yet. I will not see them until I see them. I think that Moroni contributed to that chiasm. Whether Ether or Moroni or both were responsible for the huge chiasm in the Book of Ether, this is an example of creating a chiasm of very many extended levels by inserting a large inverted list. Bessler may have done a similar sort of thing using his long list of scriptural references within his declaration of faith, which I understand appears in Apologia after the little book encoded passage, which I understand appears after the main body of Apologia. In other words, I think that Apologia is arranged in the order: first page, main body, little book encoded passage, Orffyreus' declaration of faith, and last page (showing the final figure). Again, I have not currently been able to check out this possibility of a huge chiasm. It is strange how I just never happened to notice the huge chiasm in Ether before. It is a chiasm that should have been very obvious. I just read and reread the words and never considered that its interior was pointing to something (because I did not recognize the entity for what it was). I suppose that many have looked at and re-looked at Bessler's final figure without considering what it was really was and what it was really pointing to. Bessler's final figure in Apologia in its nested self-referential fashion is pointing to something (maybe a far away bright light) at its very center. Assuming that you can see the curiously-chiastic entity in his final figure, what do you think that Bessler intended that it be pointing to? (5-8, 10 December 2001 - AEP) I suppose that many people have looked at and re-looked at Bessler's writings within Apologia and never saw the chiasms therein and what they point to. I think that understanding things of God better tends to help one understand what is going on inside the Bessler wheel. There are many misrepresentations about my church and its beliefs that would tend to be avoided if people tried to obtain first-hand information about the Church rather than relying on what others unofficially say or write about my church. Will you try to obtain official information about The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints rather than just believing unofficial information about it? There has been a long history of misrepresentations about my church by others. This continues today with (for example) much Internet misrepresentation about my church. Three Dimensional Nature of Orffyrean Roller Bearing. (p. 7, line 7 up) If you really want to know how the Orffyrean roller bearing works, then you should spatially get out of a pure two dimensional mindset and think about the situation somewhat three dimensionally. (With time, that means going from three to four dimensions.) (16 August 2002 - AEP)

Eagle Project Comparison with Bessler Wheels. (p. 8, line 12 down) My Eagle project consisted of erecting heavy objects that were each supported by and so could each swing between their own two vertical posts. I suppose that there were some mischievous individuals who caught their contents on fire. The barrels (that had originally been painted yellow) were blackened upon being set on fire. My project was the providing and erecting of trash can barrels for the Del Norte parking lot. My Eagle project book was lost. I was sad when I later saw that the barrels had been blackened. Home Teaching. (p. 12, line 19 up) Home Teaching is not a calling. Home teachers are not called. They are assigned. (14 January, 21 April 2002 - AEP)

Counselor. (p. 12, line 17 up) In Collins' 1st edition book it indicates on pages 17 and 39 that Orffyreus was a Councillor or Counsellor. On page 182 of Collins' 1st edition book, it refers to the Apocrypha, Tobias 12, vs. 8, 'The secrets of Kings and Councillors man should be silent on, but God's works he should openly praise'. I found that verse had a correspondence with Tobit 12:7. Maybe the secret of the Bessler wheel is passed on from God to those in whom God confides or communicates with (such as Bessler) but Bessler has been openly showing the works of God to those who can so understand such works are being shown. The Collins' 1st edition pages correspond to pages ___, ____, and ___ of Collins' 2nd edition. (27 March, 21 May 2002 - AEP)

Gravity Perpendicular to Magnetic Fields Might Assist Cold Fusion. (p. 13, line 2 down) Given this Bessler wheel paper and comments, there might be an advantage of using horizontal cathodes and magnetic fields so that gravity perpendicular to the magnetic fields might assist in the creation of rotating nuclear ground states of deuterium which might in turn assist in initiating the fusion of rotating nuclear ground states of deuterium (rotating about horizontal axes) to form highly rotating nuclear ground states of helium (rotating about horizontal axes). (15 May 2002 - AEP)

Cathode Orientation, Palladium Structures, and Horizontal Magnetic Fields. (p. 13, line 2 down) I'm not sure about the cathode orientation as there are currents going into the cathode as well as along the direction of the cathode (which currents have their associated magnetic fields). Somehow having net magnetic fields perpendicular to gravity could assist in creating rotating nuclear-ground-states of deuterium. Proper placement of rotating deuterium nuclear-ground-states with respect to say palladium structures which may also have rotating nuclear-ground-states (at "proper" temperatures and deuterium pressures) may provide clues to the initiation of cold fusion reactions. Supplying large external magnetic fields perpendicular to gravity (ie. horizontal magnetic fields), might help at least keep these variables from "fighting" against each other (with respect to initiation of cold fusion of rotating nuclear-ground-states of deuterium). Rotating Nuclear-Ground-States Transferring Unquantized Angular Momentum. (p. 13, bottom line) It is understood that a single nuclear ground state is bound with respect to angular momentum being conserved but this leaves open the possibility of "unquantized" angular momentum somehow going to or coming from such a system. My cold fusion paper among other things addressed the idea of a rapidly rotating nuclear-ground-state being slowed down by interaction with the photons in blackbody radiation (and so coming to a thermal equilibrium with such radiation). (15, 16 March 2002 - AEP)

Horizontal and Vertical (and Conical) Orffyrean Roller Bearings Assisting Marinov Motors. (p. 15, line 1 down) One of the problems associated with building actual Marinov motors (with rings not fixed) is the reduction of friction during its working. The Orffyrean roller bearing may provide an approach to overcoming such friction. (30 August 2002 - AEP) An Orffyrean roller bearing (built of non-conducting materials) could be used, if the ring of the Marinov motor rotates about a horizontal axis. The frictional properties of a vertical axis Orffyrean roller bearing (for say supporting a conducting Marinov ring rotating about a vertical axis) would need to be studied. The low friction rotating of Marinov motor rings about a vertical axis might alternatively use modified Orffyrean portions of tilted cones to support the rings from below (instead of using the more usual center-axis Orffyrean "cylindrical rollers"). Building such Orffyrean conical variants should only be attempted after the technology is well understood for constructing the simpler ordinary Orffyrean roller bearings. Conducting Orffyrean roller bearings might be used in place of rubbing brushes to provide low friction electrical contact. (30 November 2002 - AEP)

Possible Chiastic Nature of Graviton. (p. 17, line 18 up) The graviton itself might be explicitly chiastic in its creation and destruction. If the E fields don't change order within its flight, then the first "created" E field will be "destroyed" first and the last "created" E field will be "destroyed" last. Though those words are not intended to be chiastic, spatially the innermost E fields could match up (with respect to their "creation" and "destruction"), while spatially the outermost E fields (pointing in the opposite direction) could chiastically match up (with respect to their "creation" and "destruction"). Would the order change during its soliton flight? The "creation" and "destruction" of E fields represent a change in the form of the energy (possibly to or from Kae-e-vanrash or Kli-flos-is-es or Hah-ko-kau-beam) associated with the physical or inherent nature of charge. Change in Perpetual Motion Definition. (p. 18, line 6 down) I suppose that my modified definition of "perpetual motion" is closer to the more original idea used by Bessler than the current modern definition. (20 April 2002 - AEP)

Bessler Avoided Moving Coefficients of Friction. (p. 19, line 5 up) [I now think Bessler avoided the smaller moving coefficients of friction which lose energy in favor of the clever use of the larger static coefficients of friction which retain energy. The Orffyrean roller bearing is the key to use of the larger static coefficients of friction through rolling with much surface contact.] (16 March 2002 - AEP)

Bessler Knows Proper Little Book Interpretation. (p. 22, line 21 down or line 23 up) After you have left your mortal tabernacle, you may want to ask Bessler what the proper interpretation was for his little book but more significantly you will then have vastly diminished opportunities for your own repentance. Figurative Language, Imagery, and Symbolic Types. (p. 23, line 13 up) I have left the reader the job of specifically noticing figurative language, imagery, and symbolic types within Bessler's little book. I do give clues about such in the later discussions within my paper. (21 March 2002 - AEP)

A Chiastic Revelation with Translation. (p. 24, line 14 down) A portion of Bessler's little book actually became less hidden chiastically upon its translation from German to English. That is the portion involving "den dren Reichen" as I discuss on pages 26 and 27. (5 February 2002 - AEP)

Gravitons May Correspond to "Spit" from Below. (p. 29, line 20 up) The gnashing and spitting from below could represent the gravitons coming from below, enveloping matter, and providing angular momentum. (29 May 2002 - AEP) The term "gnashing" comes from my interpretation of Bessler's little book rather than directly from it. Near the end of Bessler's little book (translation), it mentions "He will drench me with his spittle..." (10 December 2002 - AEP)

Uprooting Greed Plant during Bessler Pendulum Operation. (p. 30, lines 12-13 down) The uprooting of greed (being an evil plant) is what happens in the operation of the Bessler pendulum. See Matt 15:13. (26 September, 1 December 2001 - AEP)

Anvils Receiving Many Blows in Orffyrean Roller Bearing. (p. 30, line 16 down) The Orffyrean roller bearing acts as a roller bearing supported by many little Orffyrean hammer-lobe blows hitting the locally nearly flat lobe holes (as in each case a locally flat anvil receiving many hammer blows). Such blows should be straight on without any slipping. (28 January 2003 - AEP)

Anvil Receiving Many Little Torque Blows from Gravity. (p. 30, line 10 up) [The anvil may literally be receiving many torque blows especially near when or after it is undergoing its largest angular velocities at the bottom of its swing. The many little torque blows would be coming from below and from gravity.] (2 April, 21 May 2002 - AEP)

Possible Correspondences at Covering Wheel Level 0. (p. 31, line 4.5 down) Within the covering wheel, the driver is the covering wheel, the burden is borne by the center working axle, and there are small rotating [nuclear] portions, within each atom, that rapidly run. Correspondences at Pendulum Level 1. (p. 31, line 4.5 down) The driver is the large wheel in the pendulum which is connected by a chain to the small wheel. The middle size wheel on the other side sacrifices everything that it has that the small wheel might run and be lifted up. (5 December 2002 - AEP) [wheel 1]

Correspondences at Orffyrean Roller Bearing Level 2. (p. 31, line 4.5 down) Within the Orffyrean roller bearing, the driver who drives from above (as God the Father directs from on high) could be considered the surrounding Orffyrean sleeve. A runner who runs could be considered a small Orffyrean roller which rapidly rolls around on the central Orffyrean roller, which central roller has descended below all things and bears a fullness of the burdens. Correspondences at Level 3 between Two Rollers. (p. 31, line 4.5 down) Between two rollers, the large roller could be considered as the driver and the smaller roller considered as the middle size roller. Correspondences at Level 4 within Orffyrean Roller. (p. 31, line 4.5 down) Within an Orffyrean roller, the driver who drives from above could be considered as the center part of the roller and the runner that runs could be considered as an Orffyrean lobe (who takes a running step/run when his turn comes up). Correspondences at Atomic Level 5. (p. 31, line 4.5 down) The driver is the atomic "cat" or atomic "dog hut" surrounding the small rapidly rotating runner ("mouse" or "dog"). The gravity-light gives its all that the runner may run (though some light in its death, may return to the presence of God from whence it came, to complete its journey and to give glory to God). (p. 31, line 10 down) Not only does the small-wheel runner jump over a gravitation hurdle when it is on the right side, on a smaller sprocket wheel scale within an Orffyrean roller bearing, a small runner lobe-hemisphere after pivot rotating to bear a burden will leave that surface to jump away from the oncoming obstacle. Horizontal Angular Velocity Increase in Some Droplets. (p. 32, line 22 down or line 22 up) Under special conditions, gravity can cause a tiny drop of moisture to increase any horizontal angular velocity component, thus giving off warmer vapor on the outside and cooling the interior until just a cold symmetrical spinning snowflake remains. Horse Leg Analogies to Lobes in Orffyrean Roller Bearing. (p. 33, line 10 up) Bessler's expression of "A great herd of fat, lazy, plump horses wanders aimlessly." [see Collins' book Appendix A on page 225] also directly applies to the Orffyrean roller bearing (and specifically to rollers therein) at the center of the torque governor wheel. There are a large number of fat-rounded horse hooves/legs that come down sometimes simultaneously. The horses move but their fat hooves/legs are very lazy in that they show no motion at all with respect to their horse or herd of such horses (which compose each roller). The simultaneity is suggested by normal horses which when trotting in the usual manner have diagonal legs/hooves that come down simultaneously. With enough spherical ending hooves working together the ride is not bumpy. (15 November 2002 - AEP) A normal two foot/legged runner has some bumpy up and down motion. Six Lobes Denotes Three Stress Lines. (p. 47, line 15 down) Doing such [using an L=6 or six lobed Orffyrean sprocket wheel] still is in agreement with Bessler's final figure in that the six lobes may be considered as three equally spaced stress lines going across the circle. (23 March 2002 - AEP)

The Liahona. (p. 47, line 11 up) The Liahona (1 Ne. 16:10, Alma 37:38-41) may have used something like Orffyrean roller bearings to provide very low friction without lubrication. (1 April 2002 - AEP) If so, the Liahona could have continued to have exhibited low friction properties under the sometimes dry, dusty and hot conditions, of portions of the southwestern and southern edges of what is now the Arabian Peninsula, without the use of any lubricants. There might have been a clear spherical barrier on the outside of the Liahona to help keep out dust (and later to keep out salt water spray). (28 March 2003 - AEP)

Orffyrean Sleeve Slack. (p. 48, line 9 down) I suppose that Bessler used some means of providing proper tension (to remove improper slack) during the construction and use of his Orffyrean sleeve wheels. The tension adjustments might have allowed there to be fine adjustments on the lobes and holes of the Orffyrean sleeve wheels. If over time there is slight wear or compression within the Orffyrean roller bearing, then further adjustments could also be done to remove new slack that arises. (3 January 2003 - AEP) Orffyreus probably also considered applying later metallic coatings to remove excess slack, but I don't know if he had the technology to apply such as we now have (as for example through electroplating using electrolysis). It may be possible to now preferentially coat Orffyrean lobes or lobe holes. (28 March 2003 - AEP)

Possible Digital Angular Simulation Shortcut for Orffyrean Roller Bearing. (p. 48, line 16 down) Maybe Bessler exploited the simultaneity of the description of the six-lobed Orffyrean sprocket wheel and the standard six-small-roller Orffyrean roller bearing as a simulation shortcut. This has the potential for reducing complicated calculations into problems of just discrete or digital angular logic. (13 April 2002 - AEP)

Number of Connecting Rollers. (p. 48, line 17 down) We could call C the number of connecting rollers of type J lobes. I suppose that C=6 for the standard Orffyrean roller bearing. (13 April 2002 - AEP)

Possible Assembly Procedure. (p. 50, line 16 down) I would guess that the connecting rods would be held in place as each appropriate Orffyrean sprocket wheel or sleeve wheel is slid into position. All the appropriate sprocket wheels or sleeve wheels that interconnect should be put in place before going to the next layer of sprocket wheels and sleeve wheels. There might be a slight amount of flexing of the interconnecting rods as we make sure that each layer is firmly in its proper position. (23 March 2002 - AEP)

Possible Spacing Washer. (p. 50, line 16 down) Each spot where a connecting rod holds together adjacent Orffyrean sprocket wheels or sleeve wheels could have a spacing washer placed there so that separate Orffyrean sprocket wheels or sleeve wheels connected by rods do not actually touch each other. This could be done to avoid rubbing or interference between sprocket wheels or sleeve wheels of separate rollers that should not be coming into physical contact. (21 May 2002 - AEP)

Horizontal and Tangential Variation of Lobe Shapes. (p. 50, line 16 down) What keeps the Orffyrean lobes from gradually with time slipping sideways with respect to the Orffyrean holes and eventually causing a jam with lobes contacting nearby lobes neighboring the proper holes that they should be rolling in? Maybe there is a slight horizontal variation of the lobes and holes that cause the proper horizontal alignment to be the favored or preferred positioning. This may be similar to the seemingly inverted logical arrangement that I have heard helps to keep a pulley belt centered on a pulley wheel. (6 September 2002 - AEP) I think that both the horizontal and tangential shapes are Orffyrean (or portions of spheres) to keep the rollers from axially wandering with time. (30 November 2002 - AEP)

Transverse Shapes of Orffyrean Lobes. (p. 50, line 16 down) I am guessing that inverted logic as with the pulley is not used for keeping the Orffyrean lobes within the Orffyrean holes without horizontal slipping over time. I am now guessing that slight Orffyrean transverse shapes would allow self correction and so avoid transverse slipping. The Orffyrean bearing would tighten up if one or more "rollers" got out of horizontal alignment but the motion would tend to free it up or bring it back to proper horizontal alignment. Maybe I should have thought of this earlier since Bessler's little book children played with clubs, which clubs are rounded in the rolling direction as well as the transverse direction. Convex Horizontal Orffyrean Lobe Shapes. (p. 50, line 16 down) Given the use of Orffyrean technology to prevent the horizontal alignment slipping of the lobes with respect to the holes, the question comes up as to which surface has which additional type of curvature in the horizontal direction. Are the lobes or holes convex horizontally with the other fitting into them in concave fashion horizontally when they roll touch? The answer to the question is again found by looking in Bessler's little book parable. His little children use clubs when they play among the broken columns that are convex both with respect to rolling and also to the sides. In other words, not only are the Orffyrean lobes convex when viewed from the outside so that they roll within the Orffyrean lobes when they touch, but also, the Orffyrean lobes are convex in horizontal direction, when viewed from the outside so as to keep them aligned with their Orffyrean holes, when they touch, to so keep them on track. Spherical Orffyrean Lobe Shapes. (p. 50, line 16 down) The question then comes up as to whether the Orffyrean lobes (and therefore holes) are spherical on their ends or are they produced from a family of same radius offset circles. The answer suggested by Bessler's little book parable would seem to be spherical based on the ends of the clubs that the children play with but I suppose that best experimental results would give the final answer. Mold Parts for Orffyrean Sprocket Wheels. (p. 50, line 16 down) With convex Orffyrean lobes in both tangential and horizontal direction (and with concave Orffyrean holes in both tangential and horizontal direction), the question comes up as to how Orffyreus managed to construct his Orffyrean sprocket wheels. A simple mold would not suffice. Maybe he used six identical parts for the outsides of his molds so that each forms a lobe and a hole. There may have been another selectable middle mold part that would allow the cylindrical holes to be available for the connecting rods which later would join Orffyrean sprocket wheels at the appropriate phase angles. Mold Parts for Constructing Orffyrean Rollers and Sleeve Pieces. (p. 50, line 16 down) More complicated molds would be possible but such that an entire Orffyrean roller could be constructed in a single molten metallic pouring. There would need to be a number of molding forms held together on the outside. This approach would have the advantage of there not needing to be connecting rods between the sprocket wheels and have the additional advantage of the structure being mechanically solid (and so able to easily transfer the stresses internally). The middle Orffyrean roller and surrounding 6 smaller Orffyrean rollers could be so constructed but I can't currently imagine how the surrounding Orffyrean sleeve could be constructed without it being constructed in pieces (and so allowing the whole Orffyrean roller bearing to be assembled). Maybe modern prototypes or toys of such bearings could be constructed using plastics. (7 September 2002 - AEP)

New Type of Ball Bearing. (p. 50, line 16 down) I currently think that the Orffyrean lobes act as many of a new type of ball bearing which each come down and in their turn roll without slipping over the slightly larger radius Orffyrean holes. The Orffyrean lobes and holes are spherical where they touch. The centers of the new Orffyrean lobe bearings may be thought as, when doing their work, residing at the imaginary boundaries of the Orffyrean rollers. (8 September 2002 - AEP)

Further Evidence for Spherical Orffyrean Lobe Ends. (p. 50, line 16 down) As further "evidence" (besides the club ends) that the lobes on the ends of the Orffyrean rollers had spherical ends see (1) the many white dots drawn on Bessler's final figure roller or wheel, (2) the reference in Bessler's little book of the wheel [or roller in this case] being "as glorious as a peacock's tail", and (3) the three direct (especially Mars) and three indirect (especially mercury) references to [spherical] planets. Silence Regarding Rotating Nuclear-Ground-State Questions. (p. 64, line 12 down) Since I have published my Bessler wheel paper I have heard just silence with respect to my cold fusion questions regarding rotating nuclear-ground-states. Could it be that seriously addressing such questions is painful for the anti-cold-fusion physicist to contemplate as it forces such a physicist to consider that there might actually be a route whereby nuclear reactions may take place without necessarily having the "typical" nuclear signatures? Horizontal Magnetic Fields Possibly Assisting Cold Fusion. (p. 64, line 13 down) I am not currently aware of any cold fusion experiments that have specifically been intended to allow gravity to assist in the formation of rotating nuclear ground states. Maybe a horizontally held cathode (instead of the normal vertically held cathode) might help in the production of nuclear ground states with larger horizontal components of internal angular momentum. Maybe to make sure that the deuterium components of internal angular momenta tend to point in the same direction, there might also need to be a constant horizontal magnetic field applied. Maybe part of this unusual geometry was accidentally in place in Dr. Tadahiko Mizuno's ten-day long "heat-after-death" cold fusion anomaly that evaporated about 37.5 liters of water in 1991 using a disconnected cell. See pp. xvii-xx of the 1998 Introduction by Jed Rothwell of Mizuno's book Nuclear Transmutation: The Reality of Cold Fusion 1997 (translated by Jed Rothwell) and see pp. 66-70 also in Mizuno's book. I have noticed that Japan happens to be almost half the way around the earth from the magnetic south pole roughly associated with Hudson Bay. The magnetic north poles of compasses typically show which way north is, as they in horizontal component tend to be attracted toward or point in the general direction of Hudson Bay located in the north portion of North America. I wonder how close the earth's magnetic field was in 1991 to horizontal at Mizuno's laboratory in Hokkaido National University, Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan? (14 April, 24 May 2002 - AEP)

Places with Somewhat Horizontal Earth Magnetic Fields. (p. 64, line 13 down) There should be many other places on the earth that are favorable to doing certain "heat-after-death" cold fusion experiments (such as going east to west potentially: Taiwan, Shanghai, Nanchang, Changsha, Chungking, Chengdu, Lhasa, New Delhi, Islamabad, Kandahar, Chahbar, Abu Zabi, Doha, Riyadh, Mecca, Khartoum, Bangui, Yaounde, Malabo, Sao Tome, Lagos, Porto Novo, Lome, Accra, Abidjan, Monrovia, Ascension Island, Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo, Porto Alegre, Asuncion, Cordoba, Santiago, Juan Fernandez Islands, Easter Island (Rapa Nui), Tahiti or Society Islands, Manhiki Islands, Phoenix Islands, Kiribati, Micronesia, Guam) without needing to explicitly provide the external horizontal magnetic fields. How Horizontal Axis Rotations of Opposite Charges Might Locally Break Graviton "Spin" Symmetry. (p. 64, line 20 up or p. 3, line 9 up) One way for the gravitational "spin" symmetry to be broken would be if angular momentum were to be transferred to increase the angular momentum of an object rotating about a horizontal axis. This preferential "spin" transfer might be possible (for example on a subatomic level of two rotating opposite charged entities) if the graviton attractively interacts with the "down most" charged entity first and then a little later the rest of the graviton attractively interacts with the other oppositely paired oppositely charged entity (which during the time separating the two events has rotated around the horizontal axis just a little bit more). Instantaneously in Orffyrean fashion the line segment between the two oppositely charged entities intersects with the horizontal rotational axis. Thus, the larger initial angular momentum would (by such an asymmetric process) tend to acquire even more angular momentum so that it would have more than it started with. Continued. (p. 64, line 20 up) The breaking of the gravitational "spin" symmetry argument proceeds better if there are nearly equal distances between the charged particles (in neutral matter) and the horizontal rotational axis. For obvious effectiveness, the distances should be perpendicular to the horizontal rotational axis. It is understood that both portions of the graviton attraction "forces" are downward. (26 June 2002 - AEP) That probably over simplifies the actual situation (because the"particle" masses are typically unequal), even with the two downward "force" contributions of the graviton being exactly equal in magnitude and direction (though not equal in where and when applied). Continued, Possible Examples. (p. 64, line 20 up) With the asymmetric transfer of additional angular momentum from gravity to rotating bodies that already have angular momentum, this could allow additional angular momentum contributions to such bodies rotating about horizontal axes as: forming snowflakes, Bessler's rotating covering wheel, Collins' yin-yang device when working, and the distraction weights within Bessler's covering wheel. (p. 65, line 8 up) I assumed that the two or more probably three men were from the math department and were showing around thesis ideas to see what others thought of them. It may have been the youngest of the three that showed me the paper. I suppose I assumed it was his thesis. I thought that it was a very interesting idea. (25 April 2002 - AEP)

Numerical Informal Document. (p. 65, line 6 up) The informal document showing the old numerals had just a few (maybe two) sheets of paper and they were not attached or bound together. The people showing me them almost seemed to just want to show them to me as we stood in the hallway and I was allowed to look at them or study them as long as I wanted. They did not rush me at all. There may have been three men showing them to me. Maybe one was younger than the other two (but it is hard to remember as it was so long ago). The second page appeared to be a new photocopy of horizontal numerical increasing arrangements of numerical digits 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 that by the way they appeared seem to have come from old documents. Angle Type Isomorphism in Alternate and Not Seven. (p. 68, line 2 up) Each numeral (not 7 and alternative 7) is composed of 90 degree angles. Each has two angles oriented in quadrant one, one angle oriented in quadrant two, two angles oriented in quadrant three, and two angles oriented in quadrant four. (27 Jul 2002 - AEP) An isomorphic mapping of angles (or a one to one and onto mapping of angles) may be done by mapping the four "inside" or nearly contained angles to their corresponding type angles and mapping the remaining angles according to their angle type. Form of Seven. (p. 69, top of page) The more I think about it, the more I think that the way that the sevens were drawn in that informal document (that I was shown by two or more likely three men long ago in the north hallway near my office in Gamow Tower at the University of Colorado) was according to having two extra angles at the top of the symbol. If this is correct, then there should be supporting historical evidence for this (available from viewing very old records showing the numeral seven). As quite circumstantial evidence for this, notice that the print font (Corel Times New Roman of WordPerfect Suite 8 1997) that was used in the original .wpd version of my Bessler wheel paper just happened to have a small extra angle at the top of the sevens. We properly need to look at historical documents that should either support or refute the idea. (26, 29 January 2002 - AEP)

Lack of Horizontal Magnetic Fields Might Contribute to Polar Snowflake Simplicity. (p. 69, line 17 down) I have seen on the Internet that ice crystals (snowflakes) at the poles tend to be simpler shapes (sans six fold symmetry about its principal axis) because of it being colder and dryer there. It seems to me that another reason might be the tendency at the poles not to have horizontal magnetic fields, which might inhibit the production of rotating nuclear ground states and maybe then inhibit the snowflake rotations during their formation. This speculation could be tested out by forming snowflakes in the laboratory under various conditions of temperature, humidity, and direction of magnetic fields with respect to the horizontal. Slight Evidence of Machinery Used to Construct Noah's Ark. (p. 70, line 4 down) I've seen on the Internet that Noah's ark has been located (along with other things like the location of Horeb or mount Sinai in Midian in Arabia and the route taken by the children of Israel across the Red Sea or more precisely across the Gulf of Aqaba). There is some slight indication of machines of some sort being used by Noah's family to drill out the (rope?) holes in the huge stone anchor weights and to cut the ringless gopher wood at regular widths. There was evidence of iron rivets but whether any machines used for drilling and cutting were primitive or semi-automatic or automatic might require very detailed examination of the materials. There is no guarantee that the fossilized structures of the ark would contain sufficiently preserved evidence to resolve the questions. Rolling Heavy Stone Blocks. (p. 70, line 5 down) Some people might have moved heavy blocks of stone anciently by inserting and later removing rounded portions of cylinders or spheres (possibly with spacer columns, blocks, and wedges) while rolling them along. This might have been an ancient application of the Orffyrean technology. I have heard ideas of rolling stone blocks along on wooden roller logs. As long as the wooden roller logs don't get bound up with each other, that would be an application of Orffyrean technology but if the ground is uneven, there might need to be individual adaptation of the spacings to allow better support from the uneven terrain. They would just need to proceed carefully and not be in a big hurry to roll along the stone blocks in snowball fashion. A single person rather than multiple people might tend to ensure that there is no inadvertent rolling (at the wrong time) when the hemispheres/Orffyrean spacers are being adjusted. Leverage on the back end might be necessary. One might not want to do such things under windy conditions. Portions of individual spheres, cylinders, horizontal columns, vertical columns (rounded on one end), spacers, and wedges would be easier to move (assuming they are small enough) than entire logs (and logs even if initially straight would tend to be crushed or broken up with time). Logs might not tend to stay parallel. If the terrain were smooth, wheels with Orffyrean roller bearings could be useful.(23 December 2002 - AEP)

Pivoting Heavy Stone Blocks. (p. 70, line 5 down) I am guessing that for supporting very large blocks of stone while pivoting about a vertical axis (through its center of mass), it might be useful to have Orffyrean pivoting points above and below. A large diameter portion of a convex sphere could be centered on a slightly larger radius portion of a concave sphere so that if there is any fine powder generated, by the rotating rubbing the powder will tend to accumulate and assist in the pivoting as long as its melting temperature is not low enough to melt and as long as the surfaces can be made smooth by the pivoting. The fine dust could somewhat act as small bearings on a small scale. The radii must not be too small to concentrate too much heat associated with any friction. The diameters must not be too large to allow there to be too much heat associated with any friction. The diameters must not be too large to allow there to be too much surface contact as there might then be too much static friction to be overcome in pivoting. That would be an unusual approach to Orffyrean mechanics. A more "traditional" Orffyrean approach would be to create Orffyrean pivot bearings that would tend not to create dust by the cooperative taking of turns of conical rollers surrounded with Orffyrean hemispherical knobs or lobes. The Orffyrean lobes on the conical rollers would take their turns at roll pivoting inside slightly larger Orffyrean cavities when their turns came up. Possible Over-unity Optical Device on Noah's Ark. (p. 70, line 10 down) See the footnote 16a for Gen. 6:16 referring to a window on Noah's ark. The footnote indicates "HEB [An alternate translation from the Hebrew.] tsohar; some rabbis believed it was a precious stone that shone in the ark. Ether 2:23(23-24)." Rebellion of Energy Slaves. (p. 71, line 9 up) We have for a long time been made energy slaves. Maybe it is close to the time for the energy slaves to throw off their shackles. The shackles of the slaves will not be thrown off in ignorance. See the (25 December 1832) D&C 87:4 which reads "And it shall come to pass, after many days, slaves shall rise up against their masters, who shall be marshaled and disciplined for war." When the Bessler wheel appeared about three centuries ago, it was suppressed. Many of Nikola Tesla's ideas were suppressed (but it was hard to suppress greatly needed simple things that worked very well). The idea that the sun was powered by hot fusion was generally quickly accepted (despite the absence of sufficient evidence). After the EMA Gray or Ed Gray or EVGray motor was patented on 17 June 1975, it was later suppressed. When cold fusion made its appearance in 1989, it was soon suppressed. The Kawai and Takahashi engines were apparently suppressed in the 1990's. Apparently this time the Gray motor has been privately studied and developed to avoid the channeled suppression that would come if studied openly, as a serious challenge to the energy status quo. I don't think that the behind-the-scenes energy masters of this world currently consider the development of the Bessler wheel as a serious threat to their power base (as it may be considered as either impossible or merely a toy device) but I think that their masters have for centuries considered it to be a threat to their dark kingdom's growth. I think that the energy slavery is a part of a larger war (between good and evil) raging on this planet. The battle lines are sometimes very difficult to see without proper guidance. For example, I think that the terrorists who struck on September 11, 2001 were greatly misguided and considered that they were fighting on the side of good against the great Satan. My country is not the great Satan. What is the source of the "revelation" to the terrorists? I know that my country has imperfections but there is much good in my country. For example, the heavenly banner of the US Constitution with its attendant freedoms of speech and religion (as long as the rights of others are respected, D&C 134:4) should be protected by much more than one would protect a priceless jewel. There are more examples available on the Internet. There may be some slight similarities between the Adams motor, the Takahashi motor, and the Bedini N Pole motor. Suppression of information has worked for about 300 years regarding the Bessler wheel/pendulum. When the pendulum is finally built and made public, it should not be absolutely suppressible but it can still be ignored. When it can no longer be ignored, the opposition to the Bessler pendulum may try to turn it into something that is feared to keep people from considering turning to God. Ignorance and fear are typical tactics in keeping people from turning to God. Pendulum Stopping Points. (p. 73, line 11 or 12 down) There would be three momentarily stationary places on the right side but I'm not sure if there would be three such places on the left side (for a total of six places) unless the small wheel gains elevation on both sides (or more in Bessler's symbolic language, the runner flips up each foot as he runs at the end of each foot's running step). Avoiding Run Away Situation. (p. 74, line 15 down) Attaining a run away situation could also do potential damage to a Bessler pendulum (with the rotational kinetic energy being unrestrained and with both the internal and external supports having limited capabilities) and should be avoided if possible. Ranque Effect Associated with Rotations in Sun. (p. 79, line 5 up) On the other hand, any local vortex (in a sunspot) could (by the Ranque phenomenon) create a local cooling in the middle of the vortex. Solar Nuclear Ground States Rotating about Horizontal Axes Could Allow Gravitons to Increase Angular Momentum Asymmetry. (p. 80, line 2 down) Horizontally rotating nuclear ground states of the sun would allow the graviton to break the angular momentum symmetry. The symmetry would be partially broken if there is a partial horizontal component. The effect of the asymmetry would be to increase the horizontal angular momentum component of such nuclear ground states. (13 April, 24 May 2002 - AEP)

Effect of Vertical Magnetic Fields on Sun Reducing Extraction of Energy from Gravitons. (p. 80, line 2 down) If rotating nuclear-ground-states allow the extraction of energy from gravity on the sun, then places where there are nearly vertical magnetic fields may inhibit the extraction of energy from gravity. This might contribute to the more traditional idea of sunspots having plugs of cooler materials that might help obstruct the view of interior portions of the sun. (17 August 2002 - AEP)

Gravitons Contributing to Energy in Horizontal Axis Rotations of Nuclear Ground States in Sun's Photosphere and Corona. (p. 80, line 2 down) If gravitons cause some horizontally internally-rotating nuclear-ground-states (on the sun's photosphere and corona) to asymmetrically increase their horizontal internal component of angular velocity, then this could simultaneously help solve two major riddles about the sun. It could explain how the sun acquires much of its radiant energy and it could explain how materials flowing outward into the corona appear to experience a large increase in temperature as if energy were coming from nowhere. The energy is coming from somewhere, as internally rotating nuclear-ground-states will interact with the background (blackbody) electromagnetic radiation and so impart to the photons some of their acquired rotational kinetic energy (which the nuclei previously received and continue to receive from gravity or rather gravitational radiation). As I indicated in my November 1993 (p. 322 of Fusion Technology Vol. 24) cold fusion paper (third stage of fusion or the part in which the ground-state nuclear rotations decay), a charge in a rotating nuclear-ground-state interacts with the background blackbody radiation [by something like bremsstrahlung or a process akin to the Compton effect] so that the background blackbody radiation acquires energy from the internally rotating nuclear-ground-state. These higher energy photons could be directly observed. Also in part, higher temperature background blackbody photons could cause some nuclei to somewhat increase their translational kinetic or thermal energy (in a fashion similar to Brownian motion where the surroundings had increased their radiant temperature). In the rarified solar corona, there could be some cases of stable horizontal angular velocities of the nuclear-ground-states (by fewer "near-collisions" with other nuclei) and so allow gravitational radiation from the sun to especially asymmetrically impart further rotational kinetic energy to such nuclei (to so enhance their horizontal angular velocities). (9 November, 3-4 December 2002 - AEP) Another reason that ground-state nuclei in the solar corona may have larger rotational kinetic energies (and larger angular velocities about horizontal axes) is that with fewer photons (per unit volume) in the corona (than in the photosphere), there may be fewer interactions with photons to remove energy from the nuclei. The ground-state nuclei could continue to receive energy from some of the gravitons (though fewer contribute as the distance from the sun increases). Nuclei far from the sun could come to thermal equilibrium with the cold background photons of space which may characterize temperatures of isolated rotating-nuclear ground-states ( rotationally and translationally). (16 December 2002 - AEP) The rotational kinetic energy equilibrium of the nuclear ground states might occur beyond the solar corona but within the solar system while the translational kinetic energy equilibrium of the nuclear ground states might occur both beyond the solar corona and far beyond the typical limits of the solar system. Chiasm(s) in Title. (p. 84, line 12 up) The title of Bessler's Apologische Poesie und Poetische Apologie ... contains a chiasm. (6 May 2002 - AEP) If I were more linguistically capable, I might know if there is or isn't another chiasm in the rest of that title [namely von seinem Mobile Per Se und Perpetuum Mobile]. I see that Bessler repeated the word "Mobile" but I don't currently know if "Per Se" contains a similar meaning to "Perpetuum". (6 June 2002 - AEP)

Continued. (p. 84, line 12 up) I found one meaning of "per se" in a dictionary (Webster's Third New International Dictionary, 1971) "by, of, or in itself or oneself or themselves". It would seem that "per se" might in its context take on a meaning akin to "perpetual", which would mean that there would be a second second level chiasm in the complete title of Bessler's Apologia. (9 December 2002 - AEP) By an "und" being at its center, the first second level chiasm in the full title of Bessler's Apologia may in retrospect apologetically point out that there are additional poetic chiasms. The second (though slightly more hidden) second level chiasm may also point out or suggest by its center "und" that the additional chiasms of Apologia may point to Bessler's secret of perpetual motion. Under the listing of "Per", in Webster's Revised Unabridged Dictionary of the English Language, 1913, I saw at the Family History Center "per se, by itself, of itself." That dictionary under "Apologist" shows "... ; especially, one who argues in defense of Christianity.", under an obsolete form of "Apologize" shows "To defend.", and under "Apology" shows "L. apologia ... Something said or written in defense or justification of what appears to others wrong, ...". I think that Bessler defended his technology and his faith in God by simultaneously showing both in hidden symbolic poetic form in his Apologia. (14 December 2002 - AEP)
