Microwave ovens could potentially with help from the Bessler principle help create highly rotating ground states.  Things like oils and water vapor could become much too hot (needing time to cool according to their surroundings).  Liquid water with its aggragrate mass and evaporation would be able to withstand the highly rotating ground states better.  AEP - 11 Sep 2008

There could be some states of water (or water vapor) or the nuclei within water that could have ground-states rapidly rotating about horizontal nuclei.  AEP - 31 Oct 2008
